Connecting Instagram & Facebook

Open a client's detail page and click Connect platform → Instagram or Facebook. You will be redirected to Meta's login and permission flow.

Publano requires a Facebook Page and optionally an Instagram Business account linked to that page. Personal profiles are not supported for publishing.

If you manage pages through a Meta Business Portfolio, make sure the business_management permission is granted during the OAuth flow. Publano will automatically detect and list your available pages.

Once connected, the connection status shows as Active. The connection uses a long-lived token (60 days). Publano will alert you when the token is close to expiry so you can reconnect before it breaks.
