Inviting teammates

Go to Settings → Members and enter the email address of the person you want to invite. Choose their role — Owner, Admin, Manager, or Editor — then click Send invite.

The invited person receives an email with a link to join your workspace. If they do not yet have a Publano account, the link will create one for them automatically.

Roles control what each member can do. Owners and Admins can manage all settings and approve posts. Managers can approve posts. Editors can create and submit posts for approval.
