Publano has four roles within a workspace:
- Owner: Full access. Can manage workspace settings, billing, and members. Can approve and publish posts.
- Admin: Same as Owner except cannot manage billing or remove the Owner.
- Manager: Can approve posts, manage clients, and create/edit/publish posts. Cannot manage workspace settings or members.
- Editor: Can create posts and submit them for approval. Cannot approve or publish.
Roles are set per workspace member. One user can have different roles in different workspaces.
