Connecting Google (YouTube, Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile)

A single Google OAuth connection grants access to multiple Google services depending on which properties you have access to.

What gets connected

• YouTube — upload and schedule videos to your YouTube channel.
• Google Analytics 4 — import GA4 metrics into Publano reports.
• Google Search Console — import search performance data.
• Google Business Profile — publish posts to your Business Profile listing.

How to connect

1. Open your client's detail page.
2. Click Connect platform → Google.
3. Sign in with the Google account that manages the properties.
4. After authorizing, select the specific GA4 property, Search Console site, and Business Profile location you want linked.
