Reconnecting an expired connection

When a platform token expires, the connection status changes to Token expired and scheduled posts for that connection will not dispatch.

To reconnect, open the client's detail page, find the platform card showing Token expired, and click Reconnect. You will go through the OAuth flow again and the connection will be refreshed.

Reconnecting does not count against your connection limit — only new connections do.

Publano proactively scans for tokens expiring in the next 24 hours and marks them as Token expired before they actually break, giving you time to reconnect before any posts are affected.
