Adding and managing clients

Each client in Publano represents a brand or business you manage. Clients hold connected social accounts, posts, reports, and strategy plans.

Create a client

  1. Click Clients in the sidebar.
  2. Click New client.
  3. Enter the client name, industry segment, and timezone.
  4. Optionally upload a client logo.
  5. Click Create client.

Edit a client

Open the client's detail page and click Edit to update the name, industry, or timezone. Changes take effect immediately.

Connect social accounts

From the client detail page, click Connect platform and follow the OAuth flow for each platform you want to connect.
