Inviting team members

Publano supports role-based access so you can give each team member the right level of control.

Roles

  • Owner — full access including billing and workspace deletion.
  • Admin — full access to all clients and content; can manage members.
  • Manager — can approve posts directly and manage assigned clients.
  • Member — can create and edit posts; requires approval to publish.
  • Viewer — read-only access; can view posts and reports.

How to invite

  1. Go to Settings → Members.
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Enter the email address and select a role.
  4. Click Send invite. An email is sent with a join link.

The invite expires after 48 hours. You can resend it from the Members panel.
