Setting up your first workspace

When you sign up for Publano, you are prompted to create your first workspace. A workspace is the top-level container for your agency or business — it holds your clients, team members, and settings.

Create a workspace

  1. Sign in at app.publano.com.
  2. Enter a name for your workspace and select your primary timezone.
  3. Click Create workspace. You will be taken to the overview.

Invite your team

Go to Settings → Members and enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite. They will receive an email with a join link valid for 48 hours.

Create your first client

Click Clients in the sidebar and then New client. Give the client a name, industry, and timezone. You can connect social accounts from the client's detail page.
