Exporting reports as PDF

Publano can generate branded PDF reports you can share directly with clients.

Export a report

1. Open the Reports page for a client.
2. Set your date range and filters.
3. Click Export PDF in the top-right corner.
4. The PDF is generated and downloaded automatically.

What's in the PDF

The export includes all visible charts, metric cards, platform summaries, and the AI insights section (if your plan includes AI features).

Branding

The PDF header shows the Publano logo by default. Custom agency branding is available on the Agency Pro plan.
