Post types and supported formats
Publano supports five post types. Each type maps to platform-specific formats automatically:
- Image: Supported on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile.
- Video: Publano publishes as Reel (Instagram), Feed video (Facebook/LinkedIn), Short (TikTok), or YouTube video depending on the platform.
- Carousel: Supported on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
- Story: Supported on Instagram and Facebook.
- Text only: Supported on Facebook and LinkedIn.
Media files: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP for images; MP4 for video. Maximum file size depends on platform limits (typically 100 MB for video).
