Scheduling posts

When creating or editing a post, select a date and time in the Schedule section. All times are in the timezone set on your workspace.

A scheduled post moves to the Scheduled state. Publano scans for due posts every 60 seconds and dispatches them automatically at the scheduled time.

You can reschedule a post from its detail page as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Click the schedule field directly on the post detail page to edit it.

If a post is in an approval flow, it must be approved before it will dispatch — even if its scheduled time passes while it is waiting for approval.
