Managing media

When you upload media in the post creation flow, files are stored securely on Publano's media server (Cloudflare R2). The media is then served to the platform's API at publish time.

You can upload multiple images for carousel posts. Drag to reorder them before saving.

Media is retained through publish confirmation and reconciliation. After a post is confirmed published, the original file is kept according to the storage lifecycle policy — it will not be deleted immediately.

Once a post is published, its media and caption are immutable. You cannot edit a published post.
