Scheduling posts

You can schedule a post to publish at a specific date and time in any timezone.

Schedule at creation

When creating a post, select a date and time in the Schedule section. Publano shows the time in your workspace timezone by default.

Reschedule an existing post

1. Open the post detail page.
2. Click the date/time in the Schedule section.
3. Pick a new date and time and click Save schedule.

You can reschedule posts in DRAFT, AWAITING APPROVAL, APPROVED, and SCHEDULED states. Posts that are already queued or dispatching cannot be rescheduled.

Bulk schedule

On the content page, select multiple posts using the checkboxes, then use the bulk action toolbar to Publish now or Unschedule.
