Analytics data not updating

Publano syncs analytics data every 6 hours. If you just connected a platform, wait up to 6 hours for the first data to appear.

If data is missing for specific dates, this usually means the platform API did not return data for those days. Some platforms have a 24–48 hour delay in reporting.

The sync timestamp shown in each platform analytics card indicates when data was last fetched. If the timestamp is more than 12 hours old and analytics looks stale, contact support.

LinkedIn and TikTok analytics are not yet available — they require additional API approvals.
