Connection showing Token Expired

Platform OAuth tokens have a limited lifetime. Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and LinkedIn tokens last 60 days and cannot be refreshed automatically — you must reconnect.

Publano scans proactively and marks connections Token expired before they actually break, giving you advance notice.

To fix: open the client detail page, find the affected platform card, and click Reconnect. You will go through the OAuth flow again. The reconnection does not count against your connection limit.

After reconnecting, any posts that were waiting will dispatch at their next scheduled scan (within 60 seconds).
