Post stuck in Queued or Dispatching state

If a post stays in Queued or Dispatching for more than a few minutes, the most common causes are:

  1. The platform connection token has expired. Check the client's connection status. If it shows Token expired, reconnect the platform and the post should dispatch shortly after.
  1. A temporary API error from the platform. Publano retries failed dispatches automatically with exponential backoff. Check the post's audit trail for error details.
  1. The post is in Awaiting Approval. Posts will not dispatch until fully approved, even if the scheduled time has passed.

If the issue persists after reconnecting and waiting a few minutes, contact support with the post ID.
