Post stuck in Queued or Dispatching state
If a post stays in Queued or Dispatching for more than a few minutes, the most common causes are:
- The platform connection token has expired. Check the client's connection status. If it shows Token expired, reconnect the platform and the post should dispatch shortly after.
- A temporary API error from the platform. Publano retries failed dispatches automatically with exponential backoff. Check the post's audit trail for error details.
- The post is in Awaiting Approval. Posts will not dispatch until fully approved, even if the scheduled time has passed.
If the issue persists after reconnecting and waiting a few minutes, contact support with the post ID.
