Reconnecting a platform

Platform connections expire or lose their permissions over time. Reconnecting is safe and non-destructive — it updates the stored credentials without affecting your existing posts or content.

How to reconnect

  1. Go to the client's detail page.
  2. Find the connection that needs to be reconnected. It may show a warning status.
  3. Click the menu next to the connection and select Reconnect.
  4. Complete the OAuth flow again with the same account.

After reconnecting, any posts that failed due to expired credentials can be rescheduled from the content page.
